Partnership Invented to Meet a Long-Term Mission
UshaComm's partnership with Hewlett Packard began with a global partnership signed with Compaq in 2002. UshaComm is currently a participant in HP's Developer and Solution Partner Program (DSPP).
A tangible result of this relationship was a significant contract in 2002 with a major North American convergent operator. Hewlett Packard was prime contractor and system integrator. UshaComm provided software, integration support and training.
UshaComm was the first customer care and billing vendor in Asia Pacific to be certified on HP's OpenCall platform.
